ISODS has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Vietnam to implement training programs and issue professional DS/AI certificates according to international standards. The goal is to standardize national AI competencies and promote global integration.
This collaboration aligns with Vietnam’s push for digital transformation and knowledge economy development, as outlined in national resolutions encouraging international cooperation in education and training, adoption of global standards, academic exchanges, and foreign investment in higher and vocational education.
The cooperation introduces a three-level international certification system with 14 international exams:
-
Associate: Foundational level covering mathematics, statistics, programming, predictive analytics, data mining, data structures, and algorithms.
-
Fellow: Advanced level assessing skills in machine learning, big data processing, and time-series analysis.
-
Grand: Highest academic level for experts and researchers, focusing on deep learning, reinforcement learning, and modern optimization methods.
Exams are conducted online in English, lasting 120 minutes with 30 multiple-choice questions, emphasizing analytical thinking and practical application. Successful candidates receive internationally recognized ISODS certificates.
Beyond certification, the program also develops AI training tailored to specific professions, such as finance, insurance, and education. Courses are structured to progress from general AI literacy to specialized applications, combining theory, practice, and project work. This system is synchronized with ISODS’s certification pathway, enabling learners to advance from practical skills to global competency validation. This cooperation is part of Vietnam’s national AI human resource development strategy. The partnership aims to position Vietnam as a regional hub for AI training and certification in Southeast Asia, strengthening the country’s role in the global technology landscape.
