Dear University Faculty Members, Students, and Industry Partners,

On behalf of The International Society of Data Scientists (ISODS), we are pleased to cordially invite you to participate in the 6th World Championship in Data Science & AI (2026). Building upon the success of our previous competitions, this year's installment transitions into a premier, research-driven global event focusing on the critical frontier of "Privacy-First" Agentic AI.

📋 Eligibility & Team Structure We welcome applications from promising young minds and established professionals alike: Eligible Participants: The competition is open to high school students, university students, and professionals (including alumni graduated within the past 5 years). Team Advisors: Each team may optionally include an advisor, who may be a professor, academic mentor, or an industry professional. Enterprise Sponsorship: Corporations, institutions, and government entities are highly encouraged to sponsor internal teams to build customized, localized solutions during the challenge.

🎓 A New Research-Driven Format To honor high-level R&D achievements, the global round of the 2026 Championship will be structured as a Scientific Conference (See More). Rather than standard leaderboards, teams will be evaluated by an international committee of professors and industry leaders through comprehensive research reports, code repositories, and video presentations. Top-performing teams will earn the championship's highest honors: international certification, widespread media coverage, and official peer-reviewed publication in a Special Issue of the Journal of Data Science and Artificial Intelligence (JDSAI). Presentation videos should be hosted on a given video platform such as YouTube. Video length should be less than 10 minutes. The link to the videos should be placed in the submission form (to be provided at the end of the competition).

Team composition can be from 1 to 3 team members. An individual is considered a team of one member. We welcome working professionals as well as university and high school students to participate. Register your team using Google form above and fill out the registration form. There will be another form at the end of the competition to fill out for the video submission.

The winners will receive certificates of recognition from the Society and the Committee. There will be a First Place, a Second Place, a Third Place, and three Honorable Mentions, tentatively.
